1) How long does it take to receive the toffee after I place my order?. Your order will be shipped in 2 to 3 days from the date you place your order. If you select standard ground delivery your order will arrive 1 to 5 days after it is shipped depending on your location. More time may be required during the holiday season.

2) Is my credit card information safe when I order online?
Ordering from Chappaqua Toffee Co. is safe and secure. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

3) Can I send Toffee as a gift?
Absolutely! Just fill out the gift wrap info on the shipping page of our check out with the note you would like included with your gift and we will add a gift card at no extra charge. Please note: for Gift Orders to multiple recipients/addresses, each Order must be entered separately.

4) What if I would like the Toffee delivered on a specific date?
Just e-mail us and we will be happy to try to accommodate your requests.

5) What ingredients are in the Toffee?
My hand made Toffee is created from the finest, highest-quality ingredients: almonds, milk chocolate, salted butter and sugar. We never use additives or preservatives.

6) Can people with allergies to nuts have Chappaqua Toffee?
Unfortunately the answer is no. All of our toffee contains almonds.

7) How do I store the toffee?
Chappaqua Toffee is best kept in the refrigerator. Chappaqua Toffee will last approximately four months if kept in the refrigerator and one month if kept at room temperature. We do not recommend freezing our toffee.

8) What are the shipping charges?
We offer all UPS shipping options. Shipping charges are determined by weight and will be calculated at check out. Please note that you cannot send to a P.O. box.
